REFLECT

Not everyone likes to reflect
as they are subconsciously attempting to deflect
the Thoughts and Emotions that are our. visitors
It’s up to us to them entertain
Or excuse ourselves as extreme busyness we feign
All we need is to our mind train
Our expectations to rest we must lain
and cherish the experiences we gain ..
It’s not about what we recieved
but what it was we achieved
Did we give it our all ?
Did we somewhere fall ?
Did we follow our heart ?
Can we make a fresh start ?
To be able to laugh at yourself and yet learn is an ART
