Inside of me is an ocean
An ocean of emotion
When there are highs and lows
It often overflows
Then I just go with the flow
Feel the wind in my face blow
When feeling high
I wanna fly
When feeling low
I just become slow
In both cases I remind myself to just breathe
And know it’s all about the law
That we reap what we sow
When I take responsibility
It brings the feeling of Serenity
Things don’t seem out of hand
When we pause to understand
The answers are all within
Just need to do some diggin

You may not know who you may be helping … someone who is so overwhelmed I n the lows and needed to be reminded to breathe.. someone who knows it, but still gets still gets so caught up in life that forgets… or just someone who does it too and is happy that you are reaffirming the same ‘life nuggets’ too 😘
